If YOU have a personal web site of model flight interest for us to enjoy or have come across one that you found of particular value or interest (including commercial sites), then please let me have the URL and we can feature it here. There's so much good stuff out there, but it's so easy to miss it!

BRENTON WATKINS'

PERSONAL WEBSITES

Here's a chap with a couple of interesting personal websites that you might like to visit. Brenton hails from Alaska, USA, but from something I saw on one of his sites, he seems to have Australian links as well. Drop in on his club on club scene.

Firstly, there's Brenton's general site, simply entitled My R/C Models, which carries interesting details and pictures of his models. Brent's model flight interests lie in electric and what he classifies as 'wet powered' models, and his site lists his current fleet of both types, together with a selection of pictures with brief specifications.

The site also has a For Sale page where a bargain or two might be found, plus a link to his other completely separate site which is outlined below.

There are a couple of Brent's models pictured on photo gallery, of course!

Visit this site at

brentssaitomenu.jpg (33455 bytes)Of more specialised interest is Brenton's other site which is dedicated to and named Saito Engines. Clearly, this is a subject on which Brent is particularly keen, and this site shares something of his accumulated knowledge on Saito singe cylinder engines, of which he has considerable experience.

Brenton is careful to point out that the information on the site is based entirely on his own experience and is not necessarily representative of Saito or their importers. That being said, I would imagine that you are likely to find information and practical hints and tips here that you would not obtain from the commercial sources, based as it is on a wealth of practical experience in the field. If this is a subject that interests you, click on the thumbnail of the site menu and you will see the depth to which Brenton covers his subject.

You will find this site at

If you have a personal website, we may not have seen it yet so click on the post-box and e-mail me with the URL and we can all have a look at it on ModelFlight and appreciate all the work you have put into it!
