I
rather like the look of this plane from Hobby Lobby. It's the Senior
Telemaster, with a 95" wingspan (almost 8 feet!), 1330 sq. in. wing
area, 320 sq. in. lifting stab area and an overall length of 63". It is of
ultra light balsa construction and is for four channels and ·40 to ·60
engines. A fifth channel could be used to make the ailerons also function as
flaps (flaperons). With flaperons they say it nearly hovers into landings! It is
so lightweight that Hobby Lobby state that it flies beautifully with a ·45
engine.
The Senior Telemaster is priced at $129 but is
currently on offer from Hobby Lobby at $109.

Ideal for r/c parachute
dropping, apparently - see site seeing
