HERE WE GO with ModelFlight 5 - an especial welcome if this is your first visit to the site. ModelFlight is a purely amateur, non-commercial site for aircraft modellers of all interests and levels - welcome to the club!

The "what's new" page has been re-named "cats corner" - you will find an explanation when you visit the page!

As you will read elsewhere, Joey Anderson was pleasantly surprised when he found his personal profile appearing in the last update. Introduce yourself to the rest of us in a similar way by sending in some personal details - and why not let us see your favourite aero-models displayed on the picture gallery page? 

Not everyone is able to transmit picture files direct to ModelFlight so I am publishing my home address at the foot of this letter in the hope that some of you will send photos to me for inclusion on the site - especially for the picture gallery page. It would be good to have a photo or two with personal profiles as well, so don't be shy - send them in by electronic or regular mail and I will be delighted to publish them. I'm afraid I cannot undertake to return photographs unless you send me return postage.

Don't forget, your contributions are welcome - indeed, needed - for every page in ModelFlight, so join the club and share your enthusiasm with fellow-modellers worldwide. I sincerely hope to hear from you.
